Now that the roadster is back in the garage, all of Gary Mauer's hard work is easier to study and much more intricate than the term roll cage implies. In the case of Gary's roll cage it needed to look symmetrical but actually be asymmetrical because of the location of the shift lever and required clearances. Everything came out fantastic and with a tough stance to go with the necessary safety.
